Bahr Electric is looking for Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team. Job duties can vary based on experience(we can be flexible for the right candidate). We have a wide range of opportunities for those interested in joining a local electrical contractor.

Those interested will be responsible individuals with great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will enjoy putting in a productive day’s work.

Responsibilities

• Experience installing electrical systems on construction projects of any type.

• Ability to plan ahead

• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs

• Self-motivated

• Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, project documents, and standards

• Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components

Skills and Qualifications 

• Journeyman Electrician license required in Wisconsin

• Valid driver’s license

• Good driving record

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel

• Comfortable reading and understanding electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams

• Working knowledge of electrical theory, National Electrical Code, materials, and equipment

• Ability to pass background check
